In 2007 I went through a “quarter life crisis” where I felt I could do more and get more out of life so I decided to return to school. Pursuing my MBA from Emory part time while working full time at PwC provided a challenge to say the least. When approaching graduation in May 2010 I started seeking my next thrill or justification for such an expensive education. In November I received an email asking if was I was interested in pursuing an opportunity in Sydney since this practice was growing rapidly. I interviewed and received an offer within 3 weeks time. By April I was on a plane to the other side of the world.
April 26, 2010 I embarked on a new journey. These are the tales and adventures of a southern girl trying to navigate the down under.
